c2o Director on APC Executive Board

c2o Director, Andrew Garton, was voted onto the Executive Board (EB) of the Association for Progressive Communciations (APC) at their last Council Meeting held in Bulgaria in 2005.

Andrew will be attending his first EB Meeting in Johannesburg from March 13 which will also see the completion of two short promotional videos commissioned from c2o / Toy Satellite by APC programs.

Along with this appointment Andrew has also taken up the new position of Program Director of OPEN CHANNEL, a screen resource agency dedicated to supporting open access to media production resources for emerging film and media makers.

Service Announcement: Late fees

Due to an increasing number of late payments of hosting fees the c2o Board has decided to implement a late fee. Every late payment adds a considerable burden on c2o's resources as we rely on the co-operative efforts of each member client.

Late fees will apply after 30 days of delivery of an invoice charged at 15% of the invoiced amount. An additional 15% will apply for every week there after until the invoice has been paid.
